About emanuel's career

Education

I was born in Bucharest, Romania into a musical family. My father, a celebrated Romanian operatic tenor of the late 80's and early 90's, truly passed on to me the love of music and the art of performing. I began my musical studies at the Liceul de Muzica Dinu Lipatti in Bucharest and continued at Bethel College, Ind., where I received a Bachelor of Arts in vocal performance. In 2003, I graduated from Indiana University with a Masters of Music in vocal performance . In the fall of 2008 I was conferred the  title of Doctor of Music  by the National University of  Music in Bucharest, Romania. My thesis was, American Vocal Music of the Twentieth Century.
